Residential Construction

Quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. That’s exactly how I would describe Tanner. We just finished our largest remodel project on our property where Tanner had to tackle a little bit of everything - total kitchen reconfiguration, raise ceilings, custom cabinetry, laundry room makeover, kids rooms, bathroom upgrades, relocate HVAC to roof, steel beams, remove load bearing walls, fireplace glow up, stained beams, and the list goes on. Every step of the way Tanner was impressively organized. We always knew what step of the process we were in and where we were in the budget. We have a large unique older property and have had a lot of experiences with different contractors and sub contractors as we have brought it up to speed over the years. Tanner stands out as a true professional and I cannot recommend him enough. He is the contractor you hope to find but not sure if they still exist. Tanner also has an excellent superintendent, Bill, who helps and assists with all the steps in-between. I always felt comfortable contacting Tanner or Bill for any questions or changes I wanted to make along the way. I cannot recommend him enough. I’m excited to have my long term contractor!
